Build Smart Digital — Digital Licence, Liability & Terms of Purchase

1. Nature of Products Sold

Build Smart Digital sells digital engineering reference documents including checklists, schedules, inspection forms, templates, and dashboards. These are professional reference tools designed to assist qualified engineers, technicians, and maintenance personnel in organising and recording their work.

All documents are delivered as digital files (Microsoft Excel .xlsx, Microsoft Word .docx, and/or PDF) by instant download immediately after purchase. No physical product is shipped.

2. Licence Grant

Upon purchase, Build Smart Digital grants the buyer a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased document for their own personal or internal organisational purposes only. This licence does not transfer ownership of the document or any intellectual property rights.

3. Permitted and Prohibited Uses

You MAY:

No warranties of fitness for a specific purpose.
