What file formats do you provide? Most products are available as Excel (.xlsx), PDF, or Word (.docx). Each product listing clearly states the file format. How do I download my purchase? After payment, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your downloads from your Order Confirmation page. Links are active for 30 days. Can I edit the templates? Yes. All editable files (Excel, Word) are fully editable. PDFs are provided as-is unless stated otherwise. Can I use templates for multiple projects? Yes, for personal and business use within your own organisation. Reselling or redistributing templates is not permitted. Do you offer refunds? Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you experience a technical problem with your file, contact us and we will resolve it promptly. Do you offer bulk or team licensing? Yes. Contact us for pricing on 5+ licences or enterprise use. What currency do you charge in? All prices are in USD. Your bank or payment provider handles currency conversion. Is payment secure? Yes. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or PayPal. We never store your card details.
